Mr. Cooper was born and raised in Warner Robins, Georgia. He graduated from Veterans High School.  He received his Associates degree from Georgia Military College and his Bachelor's degree from Georgia College & State University where he majored in Middle Grades Education. He enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and serving the community. Mr. Cooper serves as the Student Council advisor and teaches sixth grade social studies.
