Media Center

The media center at Huntington Middle School has a wide variety of materials that stimulate growth in factual knowledge and literary appreciation and that develop critical reading and thinking skills. Our media activities are specifically designed to assist learners to grow in their ability to find, evaluate, and apply information that helps them function fully in everyday society. The media specialist collaborates with teachers to plan lessons that both support and enrich the curriculum. The media center is open each school day from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

You can see some suggestions here for books that are available on SORA for you to read for your summer challenge since you will not have access to the media center to check books out.
