Greetings from the Hawks Nest!

Hi, I'm Ms. Que, and I am thrilled to be a Huntington Hawk! I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Ms. Que's ELA Café.  Together, we will embark on an exciting journey of learning and discovery in 7th-grade Language Arts. With over two decades of teaching experience, I am eager to share my passion for English and Language Arts—my absolute favorite subject.

This year, we will dive into a variety of texts, write about our adventures in learning, and build strong character. I love integrating technology into our lessons to make learning even more engaging and dynamic.

In our classroom, we will function as a family, valuing teamwork to achieve success. It is essential to treat each other with respect, kindness, and compassion. I recognize that each of you has a unique way of thinking and learning, and my goal is to support your growth both as learners and individuals of good character.

A little about me: I grew up in Decatur, Georgia, and graduated from Columbia High School (GO EAGLES!). I am also a proud alumna of Fort Valley State University (#Wildcat4life #WildcatStrong) and the University of Phoenix. When I'm not grading papers or planning lessons, I enjoy photography, painting, making t-shirts, and drawing.
