Hello Hawks! I am Sekemia Caldwell-Johnson, the Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher and FCCLA Club Adviser at HMS! I am a small town girl from Marshallville, GA and I am excited to be a part of this school family as I am entering my 17th year as an educator! I bring you years of experience from the Sumter County School System where I was an Early Childhood Education Career Pathway Teacher at Americus-Sumter High School since 2008. I received my education from the public school system of Peach County and after high school graduation, I went on to attend Fort Valley State University, Georgia Southern University and Valdosta State University; receiving both my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in the Field of Education. I love to travel, spend time with my family, attend sporting events, have fun and live life to the fullest! I am married to Darold and we have two amazing sons, Mason and Kade!
