FIRST LEGO League (FLL) is an international competition for elementary and middle school students, ages 9 to 14.  Guided by adult coaches, students research a real-world problem such as food safety, recycling, energy, etc., and develop a solution. They also design, build and program a robot and then compete on a playing field.  The youth have fun as they learn to use science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts and imagination to solve a problem.  They also develop critical thinking, team-building skills and presentation skills, as they must creatively present their solutions to judges.

Feagin Mill Middle is located at 1200 Feagin Mill Road in Warner Robins. Dr. Jesse Davis serves as principal.  Huntington Middle is located at 206 Wellborn Road in Warner Robins. Dr. Gwendolyn Taylor serves as principal.  For more information, please contact either the Museum’s Director of Education, Melissa Spalding, at 478-954-1915 or STARBASE ROBINS STEM Program Project Manager LaTondra Oliver, at or 478-926-1986.
