Dear Parents/Guardians,

The Houston County Board of Education is providing a pre-participation exam (physical) clinic for those students who will be participating in athletics for the 2019-2020 school year. Huntington Middle School will be participating in this event on Thursday, April 25th at 6:00 p.m. at Northside Middle School. This physical will cover your child for the entire 2019-2020 school year and enable them to participate in any extracurricular activity which requires a physical. The cost of the physicals this year will be $10.00.

We will be implementing a new online electronic records system this year called DragonFly/DragonFly Max (more info below). You will be required to sign-up online and fill out/sign all the required paperwork (even if your child has his/her pre-participation exam completed by a personal doctor). Please follow the directions on DragonFly instruction page. All information must be completed and signed or your child will not be allowed into the pre-participation exam or be allowed to participate/tryout for a sport.

If your child is an 8th grader zoned for WRHS, use the school code HX78EY.

If your child is an 8th grader zoned for Veterans HS, use the school code 62JVFQ.

Please have your child at the gym no later than 5:15p.m., and plan on picking your child up no later than 7:15p.m. Thanks for your cooperation.
